I went with Thong one-on-one for a day trip trek to Kirirom National Park. I had a blast! The trek was long (14km) and the difficultly was moderate/difficult but it was a great time. Thong is super friendly. Him and the local guide know a lot about the land and the area. They have a lot of great stories to share along the way and can really discuss the history of Cambodia. Even though I was alone, they made the trip relaxing and enjoyable the whole time. I suggest to go when the weather isn't so hot or else some of the uphill trekking can become extremely hot and unenjoyable. Going in January or February during dry season was a good decision. They brought plenty of food for lunch and water for along the way. It was great because most of the time we weren't on any real trails so it was adventurous. I definitely recommend this trek for anyone who enjoys the outdoors and long hikes.
