Day 1: Phnom Penh → Chambok Village → Chambok Waterfall

At 08:00, your guide and driver will pick you up from Phnom Penh for a 2.5-hour drive to Chambok Village, a renowned community-based ecotourism project bordering Kirirom National Park. Established in 2002, this initiative helps protect community forests and supports local livelihoods.

Upon arrival, enjoy the warm hospitality of the villagers and have lunch with your host family. Afterward, explore the village with your guide and experience an exciting Iron Buffalo ride, a traditional farming tractor commonly used by rural communities for transportation and fieldwork.

Return to your homestay for some relaxation before joining your host in preparing a traditional Khmer dinner. In the evening, enjoy an authentic traditional dancing show performed by the local community.

Day 2: Hiking in Kirirom National Park

After breakfast, set off on a scenic hike into the cool, pine-forested landscapes of Kirirom National Park. Enjoy panoramic mountain views, diverse plant species, and the soothing sounds of nature. Your local guide will introduce you to the area’s flora and fauna as you walk through the peaceful forest.

Enjoy a picnic lunch by a refreshing waterfall before continuing your trek. After the hike, return to the village for dinner and another restful night at your homestay.

Enjoy lunch with the villagers before saying farewell to your hosts and transferring back to Phnom Penh in the afternoon.
