Five bikes for charity are currently in progress

Our upcoming charity trip aims to provide five bicycles at a total cost of $350 to children living in poor families at Kbal Damrei Primary School. We plan to distribute the bikes during the Khmer New Year 2024, scheduled from April 14th to 17th. Additionally, we intend to provide food for 200 students and celebrate the Khmer New Year with them at their primary school.

In January 2024, we received one bicycle from Dr. Bunna Leang, currently residing in Canada, and a cash 49$ donation from Dr. Georg Schwarzkopf in Germany.

We believe this charitable initiative will bring excitement and blessings to the five children who aspire to use the bikes for attending school. As part of this effort, Vana Adventure Travel will also prepare charity foods and celebrate Khmer New Year with around 200 students. Traditional games will be played, fostering awareness about Cambodia’s traditions, culture, and music among the kids.
